The medieval village of Pieve di Teco is 13 km away. Other destinations are Alassio (35 km), Diano Marina (17 km), Cervo (24 km) with its breathtaking view of the sea, Bordighera (56 km). In a little more than half an hour is the Côte d'Azur: Menton (74 km), Montecarlo (80 km), Nice (95 km) and just before the beautiful beaches of Balzi Rossi (70 km) with its unspoiled nature and crystal clear waters, the botanical garden of Villa Hanbury in Grimaldi (70 km).

Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.

Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
