Welcome to this attractive vacation complex, which welcomes you with several modern and beautiful vacation apartments. The apartment is elegantly furnished and the large windows provide plenty of natural light. The open-plan living area is located on the lower floor, where you can spend time cooking, playing and relaxing together. There are also two balconies, one of which has a great view of the Wadden Sea, where you can also enjoy your vacation meals. On the upper floor of the apartment is a small balcony where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee of the day.
You live close to stores, restaurants and the harbor, where you can see both yachts and large industrial ships. Ferries to the island of Sylt also depart from here several times a day, with the option of taking a car or bicycle with you. The apartment is close to the Römö golf course and the wellness center. There are countless hiking and cycling trails on Römö where you can explore the fascinating island nature. You can drive through the plantations and along the wide, long beach right down to the water's edge.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
