The vacation home is spacious and modern, with bright rooms that create a pleasant, open atmosphere. There is plenty of room to spend time together, as well as quiet spaces where you can retreat after a day full of activities.
One of the highlights of the property is the sauna, the perfect place to relax after a bike ride, hike or day by the water.
The property accommodates up to 8 guests. Families with young children are also welcome: a maximum of 2 additional children up to and including 4 years old may stay free of charge.

There is also plenty of space outdoors to enjoy your vacation. The terrace is a wonderful place to sunbathe, enjoy meals together or have a barbecue. Directly next to the property, there is space to play and relax by the water.
The IJsselmeer is just a short distance from the vacation home. Take a long walk along the water, go for a refreshing swim or find a peaceful spot to enjoy the surroundings. Please note that the water next to the property is not fenced off.
You can also explore the area at a leisurely pace by bicycle. Well-maintained cycling paths take you through picturesque landscapes, past historic windmills and charming cafés.
For a day trip, you can visit Sneek, Lemmer and Sloten, among other destinations. Explore historic towns, sample regional specialties and experience the characteristic atmosphere and traditions of Friesland.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
