The heart of the house is the bright living area with a large sofa, where you can relax in front of the fireplace after a long walk. The cosy dining area invites you to play board games or enjoy a sociable evening with a glass of wine. Hobby cooks can indulge themselves in the well-equipped kitchen and conjure up delicious meals.
The outdoor area also offers plenty of comfort and pleasant extras with its terraces, outdoor kitchen and shower. Spend wonderful moments on one of the terraces with a delicious breakfast in the morning or simply with a good book in the sun.
From the park-like garden you can quickly reach the forest, where you can go for an excellent run or mountain bike ride. The beautiful ornamental garden and the plants in the house are watered twice a week.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
