Description
This is a well-kept vacation home of high standard. Enjoy the view of the mountains and the water here. In summer you can hike here well and feel the beautiful nature up close. Just a short walk away you will find good fishing and swimming opportunities. The Kvina is a good salmon river (fishing license is required) and in the salmon season there are fishermen on the shore around the clock. In summer you can visit the interesting museum of the Knaben colliery. The area around the disused mine is now a popular area for hiking. In the winter time there are cross-country skiing trails right in front of the house. N34205: 8 m.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
