The seaside location puts you within walking distance of Skudeneshavn’s shops, cafés and other amenities. This small coastal town is known for its well-preserved historic streets, traditional timber-framed houses and maritime atmosphere. Nearby sandy beaches are ideal for swimming, walks and peaceful days by the water, whilst the surrounding area offers several historic sites to discover. Coastal paths and viewpoints around Karmøy also offer excellent opportunities for walking and for getting to know even more of Western Norway’s rugged coastline.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
