This pleasant holiday home awaits you at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers you a modern interior that combines the charm of the present with the authenticity of the original building. The living room opens onto a sheltered terrace with access to a large meadow where peaceful sheep graze and two goats frolic. The forest of Coron awaits you for a walk in the woods. A few steps away, you can discover the medieval town of Moncontour with its architectural richness, folkloric activities and art workshops. With Sables d'Or Pins and Fréhel, you can quickly reach the magnificent beaches of the Emerald Coast, where the famous Fort Lalatte monument is located, as well as Pléneuf Val André and Erquy. Plan a day to visit the beautiful Mont Saint Michel and Saint Malo, both about 1 hour away. Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
