Vacation Home "La Rejeane" in Brittany

Enjoy a fantastic vacation on the Breton coast in the charming, detached vacation home "La Rejeane." This comfortable 5-room, 140 m² (approx. 1,500 sq. ft.) house is in a prime location just 50 meters from the sea and the beautiful sandy beach "Plage Le Menfig" in Plouescat, offering direct beach access. Surrounded by a private, wild garden of a generous 2,000 m² and featuring a magnificent sea view, this is the ideal place for families, beach lovers, and active vacationers looking for peace and space.

Layout & Comfort (Interior) 

You will stay in a cozily furnished house spread across two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living/dining room with a panoramic window, a cozy fireplace, a dining table, satellite TV, and direct access to the garden and veranda. In addition, there is a snug second living room with a veranda and dining table that opens onto the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, dishwasher, 3-burner induction cooktop, microwave, toaster, and an electric coffee maker. The ground floor also features a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), an en-suite shower, and direct access to the garden, as well as a separate toilet. On the upper floor, there are three more bedrooms under the sloped roofs: two rooms with a spacious double bed (160x200 cm) and one room with a single bed (90x190 cm). The modern bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, double sinks, and a separate toilet is also located on this floor. The house features oil heating, free Wi-Fi, and convenient amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, high chair, and a baby crib.

Outdoor Living & Surroundings 

Outdoors, you will fully enjoy outdoor living in the large, green garden and on the partially covered terrace, which is equipped with comfortable outdoor furniture and a handy storage area. The direct beachfront location and hiking trails (which start right at the house) make this an excellent base for nature lovers. In the immediate vicinity, you can also enjoy surfing, sailing, horseback riding, or golfing (5 km away). The center of Plouescat with shops, bakeries, and restaurants is 3.5 km away (supermarket 4.4 km). The surrounding area is ideal for wonderful day trips, such as to the Keremma bird sanctuary (10 km), the historic Château de Kerjean (13 km), the exotic gardens of Roscoff (23 km), or the impressive Océanopolis in Brest (56 km).
