The room is partially devided in order to create a nice sleeping area containing two single beds. There is a full kitchen and WiFi is accessible in the entire apartment. The bathroom is fitted with wash stand, shower and toilet. You can also enjoy the big balcony and use the wellness facilities in the complex, such as sauna, pool and sun bed. There is a storage box for skis and bikes.
About the property
The apartment (4. Floor) is located right next to the ski slopes and the hiking routes. The shared rooftop terrace is a great place to relax in the sun or to have a BBQ. The complex also has a swimming pool and a sauna. These are free for holiday makers. The solarium, washing machine and dryer can be used against payment. There is an elevator in the complex.
Surroundings
The apartment is located close to the slopes. The Erlebnisberg Kappe, with bobsled track, bike park, summer toboggan run and climbing forest, is a few minutesâ walk away. The town centre, with shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, clubs and apres-ski bars, is also only a short distance away.

Service, Infos, sofortige Hilfe bei Problemen, Top-Lage, Sauna, Spielekeller mit Dart, Krökeltisch und Tischtennisplatten, heller Raum, sehr viel AbstellflÀche und SchrÀnke, geschickt aufgeteilt.

1. The couch isnât perfect.
2. Better bed
3. Some chairs at the table arenât stable anymore.
4. It is impossible to enter the building with ski shoes. We always need to walk to the garage, can be better. Maybe an area at entrance level where you can take off you ski stuff and maybe a locker where you can place them.
5. The appartement was clean and the bathroom I saw is renovated. Compliments for that part.
The only thing was the way how the appartement setup has been done. Changes:?
- Bigger TV with some usage information.
- Better bed for couples
- Cleaner balcony!?
- And some furniture can be removed, like: Sittingbags and office table. Isnât necessary.
