Located on the boarder of Nieuw-Haamstede, near the beach, dunes and beautiful lighthouse you will find the detached holiday home ‘’Dolfijn’’. The dune area and a path through stunning nature lead you to the beach in about ten minutes by foot. A unique location near the Zeeuwse coast, suited for families, peace seekers, adventurers and nature lovers!
This comfortable, cosy family home is styled in a nice way and has an atmospheric wood burner. The house has an open kitchen with adjacent dining area. From the living room, you can directly enter the terrace through the sliding doors. Whenever the weather is less beautiful, you can enjoy the SMART-tv or the Apple-tv. There are two children's bedrooms and 1 bedroom for adults, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet present.
The house has a fantastic and spacious garden where you can enjoy lots of privacy. The terrace gives you the feeling of being surrounded by nature and allows you to spend lovely summer nights outdoors near the fire basket. Children will also love the garden and trampoline and even the dog will appreciate the space. As the garden is fully enclosed, you have nothing to worry about.

Ein liebevoll und farbenfroh eingerichtetes Haus mit modernen Designmöbeln, in dem man sich gleich zuhause fühlt. Die tolle Lage und der große Garten mit viel Privatsphäre sind ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Ungewöhnlich großer Kühlschrank und auch Wasch- und Spülmaschine von guter Qualität. Nur die Betten sind ziemlich hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren im Winter in diesem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Aufteilung ist sehr durchdacht und sehr gut hat uns die Trennung von Dusche und WC gefallen. In den Gasherd haben wir uns ebenfalls sofort verliebt. Iden Kamin haben wir täglich genutzt und das im Vorfeld beim BHVK bestellte Holz war der absolute Knaller. In dem Garten konnten wir zum Frühstück schon diverse Vögel und Damwild beobachten. Bei unserem täglichen Spaziergang waren wir innerhalb 10 Minuten am Meer und der Weg dorthin ging durch das Naturschutzgebiet. Zwei "Makel" waren fehlende Leselampen am Bett und dass es wie in den 80ern nur 4 deutsche Fernsehsender (ARD, ZDF, WDR, RTL) gab. Aber das waren "Luxusprobleme".
We verbleven in dit huis in de winter en voelden ons zeer comfortabel. De indeling is zeer goed doordacht en we vonden de scheiding van douche en toilet prettig. We werden ook meteen verliefd op het gasfornuis. We gebruikten de open haard elke dag en het hout dat we vooraf bestelden bij BHVK was een absolute hit. In de tuin konden we verschillende vogels en damherten voor het ontbijt bekijken. Op onze dagelijkse wandeling waren we binnen 10 minuten bij de zee en de weg erheen ging door het natuurreservaat. Twee "minpuntjes" waren de ontbrekende leeslampjes bij het bed en dat er maar 4 Duitse TV zenders waren (ARD, ZDF, WDR, RTL) zoals in de jaren 80. Maar dit waren "luxe problemen".

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt haben. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.

Prettig huis - enige minpunt is de douche & jammer dat er op de 1e verdieping geen toilet is

Heerlijk rustige locatie, met fijne tuinligging! Het huis is van alles voorzien wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben. Het huis en de inrichting zijn wel wat gedateerd, maar voor een vakantieverblijf is het prima.
