Looking for peace and quiet, space and Zeeland at its best? This charming holiday home is situated just outside Biggekerke on a former farmstead, nestled amongst the farmlands of Walcheren. From the living room, you can look out over the Zeeland countryside, whilst the beach, dunes and charming seaside resorts such as Zoutelande are just a few minutes’ drive away. Here, you can enjoy the great outdoors without compromising on comfort.
You can rent this beautiful 4-person holiday home just outside Biggekerke. The attractive living room offers a view of the garden and farmlands. The open kitchen is equipped with every convenience, including toaster, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, combi-microwave The bathroom has a shower, sink and a separate toilet. The two bedrooms both have double box-spring beds for a wonderful night's sleep. There is a cot and high chair available.
The house may be less suitable if you have difficulty walking. The bedrooms are on the first floor and there is no toilet upstairs. At night, you have to go down a steep staircase to reach the toilet downstairs. We mention this in advance to avoid disappointment later.

This house is located in the next house of the owner, quietly situated on a former farmyard. The house is comfortable and fully furnished. It has a beautiful view of the countryside and Middelburg. You can park on site.
Surroundings
The beach is within cycling distance, you can almost hear the murmur of the sea! At the beach, after you have conquered the highest dunes in the Netherlands, you can enjoy the most hours of sunshine per year! The center of Biggekerke is attractive with a church square. There is a chip shop and playground. Zoutelande is reachable within 10 minutes by bike or car and offers a large and diverse range of restaurants, shops, attractions and souvenir shops. Middelburg and Vlissingen can be reached by car within 15 minutes. Here you can enjoy an extensive range of shops, museums, beautiful monuments and a diverse range of restaurants. In short, an ideal location for a varied holiday.

Een huisje van alle gemakken voorzien. Voorzieningen uitstekend. De 2 slaapkamers ruim, met lekkere bedden.

Wij vonden de trap middenin de kamer erg onhandig en gevaarlijk , voor ouderen boven de 70 jaar .
Bovendien misten we n toilet boven bij de slaapkamers

Die Gastgeberfamilie (Vermieter) waren ausgesprochen höflich und absolut jederzeit hilfsbereit. Angefangen von der Begrüßung (es gab eine süße Überraschung für uns), über die Einweisung in das Haus bis hin zum Kontakt bei allgemeinen Fragen. Sehr, sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wir haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt!!

Leuke vakantiewoning. Zeer gastvrije Zeeuwse ontvangst. Voorzien van alle gemakken. Mooie ligging met uitzicht op de dierenweide. En een leuk welkomstgeschenk.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht.
Die Gastgeber waren super nett, es gab Kuchen und Eier von den eigenen Hühnern zur Begrüßung.
Auch unser extra Wünsche ( Kaffeemaschine) wurden sofort erfüllt.
Also wir waren super zufrieden und kommen sicher mal wieder.

Sehr umfangreiche Ausstattung der Küche, sehr gut für kleine Kinder eingerichtet mit Kinderbett, 2 Hochstühlen, Spielzeug, Babybadewanne, Kindergeschirr. Dazu die Umgebung mit einem Hühnerstall direkt vor der Haustür und dem Charme eines beschaulichen kleinen Ortes nur wenige Kilometer vom Strand. Und nicht zu vergessen die supernetten Vermieter, die jeden Wunsch bis hin zum Klarspüler für die Spülmaschine und eine Malunterlage für unseren 2-Jährigen ganz unkompliziert zur Verfügung gestellt haben. Es war perfekt und wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

The owner was very friendly. The beach was at a nice walking distance from the property. All facilities were there for us to use, different coffee making options etc.
The property was clean and well managed. Furniture is of good quality and the beds are super comfy!
We would definitely come back sometime in the future!
