This comfortably furnished semi-detached house with a sunny south-west-facing terrace and balcony is suitable for 6 people. The property is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the park, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. From the living room and the balcony on the first floor, you have sweeping views over the vast, colourful farmlands of Noord-Beveland.

The entrance hall leads to three spacious bedrooms, each fitted with two single box-spring beds and ample wardrobe space. There are two bathrooms. One bathroom adjoins the master bedroom and is fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower and washbasin.

From the hall, a staircase leads up to the living area on the first floor. The neat living room is fitted with a flat-screen TV with digital channels, including an international package, and also provides access to the spacious balcony with garden furniture and a lounge sofa. You can also sit comfortably at the picnic table by the stone barbecue on the terrace in the garden. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.

The open-plan kitchen is fitted with high-quality built-in appliances, such as a combination microwave, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee machine and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in the utility room.

If you book a holiday at this holiday park, you can leave your car behind. Facilities are within easy reach, including a small supermarket and a restaurant, and the park also features a subtropical water park (for a fee) where the children can play and splash about all day long. The beach is just a few minutes’ walk from the property.
