A wonderful home with all amenities (wifi, digital TV, washing machine, dryer, 'emma' mattresses, combi-oven, filter coffee machine, nespresso, toaster, dishwasher, rain shower, separate toilet, enclosed and private gardens all around, bicycle storage with charging point, outdoor tap, etc.). The ground floor has a cozy living room, open kitchen and atmospheric dining area. Additionally, a spacious bedroom with two beds and a washbasin unit, separate toilet and the walk-in shower with washbasin unit, hairdryer. The first floor has a spacious landing with skylight and built-in closet. A bedroom with two beds and dormer window and also a spacious bedroom with two beds, washbasin unit and wardrobe. The entire house has central heating, PVC flooring and a (towel) radiator in every room and has surprisingly much storage space. An iron and baby bath are also available.

The park is situated at the foot of the dunes; the highest in the Netherlands. How nice is it to have the biggest playground nearby?! The center of Zoutelande (equipped with all facilities and very cozy in terms of boulevard, terraces, boutiques, etc.) is 5 min. by bike or 10 min. walking. The beach is literally within walking distance, you can hear the sea rustling! Add to that the most hours of sunshine per year and a beach holiday in Zoutelande is a feast! The center of Zoutelande is accessible within a few minutes by bike and offers a diverse range of restaurants, shops, souvenir stores, a bike rental and fresh bakery. The fashionable Domburg is a half hour bike ride away, as is Middelburg with its many monuments.
