In the middle of the dune landscape, near the North Sea coast, you’ll discover the modern holiday home Beach Villa, that has a carefree, beach-like appearance. The multifaceted environment is loved among hikers, cyclists and water sports lovers. Also, Renesse with a variety of restaurants and shops can easily be reached.
This comfortable holiday home has an atmospheric interior with a nice seating corner, adjacent dining area and open kitchen allowing a lot of interaction. The ground floor is provided with a bedroom, modern bathroom en suite and separate toilet. The first floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Due to the ideal location of the garden which faces south, you can enjoy the sun on the sunterrace or the lovely lounge and sunchairs. There is another roofed terrace at the back of the house. Here you can fully relax or choose to stall your bikes. There are two parking spots present. During your stay, you can use the facilities of Campsite Zonnedorp. For questions, we would like to refer you to the reception of the campsite.

Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und fantastisch gelegen (sehr ruhig und fußläufig zum Strand). Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.

Die Lage direkt hinter der Düne ist ein Traum, das Haus modern und hochwertig ausgestattet. Im großzügigen Garten findet man bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten, er ist für einen Urlaub mit Hund perfekt, da eingezäunt.
Einziges Manko sind die Betten, die sehr schmal und für uns auch etwas zu hart waren.
Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub, wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Wir waren schon öfters im Zonnedorp, aber zum ersten mal hatten wir die Nummer 27.
Ich muss feststellen das dieses Haus bis jetzt das beste war, ob von den Betten, großer Fernseher, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und natürlich die Lage zum Strand ist perfekt.

Leider gibt es keine Vorhänge vor dem Fenster im Wohnbereich ( starke Sonneneinwirkung )

Anlage und Haus in einem Guten Zustand .
Leider wird dieses Haus bei Sonnenbestrahlung sehr schnell sehr warm , fast schon heiß.
Es wäre von Vorteil eine Verdunkelung zusätzlich für die Grossen Glaßscheiben nachzubauen .
Positiv ist zu sagen das die gesamte Anlage sehr Ruhig und gepflegt ist .
Ein gutes Team , schnelle Problemlösung und guter Service .

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus!
Die liebevoll gestaltete Einrichtung und der schöne Garten mit Terrasse laden zum Wohlfühlen ein.
Die Lage ist perfekt … kurzer Weg zum Strand und trotzdem ruhig gelegen.
Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Man hat draußen kein Rückzugsort, weil mann von der Straße direkt ins Haus und auf die Terrasse blicken kann. Leider konten wir die Temperatur nicht regeln Haus erwärmte sich schnell.

Tolle Ausstattung kn bester Lage. Leider ist das obere Stockwerk bei heißen Temperaturen nich tklimatisiert und nachts zu warm. Auch würden wir einen bedenken empfehlen da wir Hunde dabei hatten die ständig den Sand mitgebracht haben, auch Stufenmatten wären auf der steilen Treppe sehr zu empfehlen... aber ansonsten würden wir es weiter empfehlen und auch selbst wieder kommen.

Wir verbrachten wunderschöne 11 Tage in diesem Traumhaus! Die Lage zum Strand könnte nicht besser sein. Das Haus und die Küche sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist noch recht neu. Auch der Garten ist schön eingewachsen. Mir war nur das Bett sehr hart. Aber das ist sicher Geschmacksache ;-) Schade ist ebenfalls, dass man im 1. OG kein Fenster richtig öffnen kann und sie alle nur einen schmalen Spalt klappbar sind. Mal was ausschütteln oder groß durchlüften war so leider nicht möglich.
Trotzdem werden wir mit Sicherheit wiederkommen weil wir uns da so wohl gefühlt haben!
