Living and outdoor life

Large windows fill the interior with daylight and views of the water. The cosy seating area connects to the open kitchen and dining table, so cooking, eating and catching up happen naturally together. Through the sliding door you step straight out onto the wooden deck.

With both morning and afternoon sun, this is the place for breakfast outdoors and drinks by the water later in the day. Garden furniture and a parasol are ready for you in the garden. On the first floor, a second terrace offers another view over the lake.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen has a gas hob with extractor hood, a combination microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher. With the filter coffee maker, kettle and plenty of pans, crockery and utensils, cooking for the whole group is easy.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The townhouse has four bedrooms and two bathrooms spread over two floors. There are two homes of this type, each with its own layout.

In one version, a bedroom and a bathroom are on the ground floor, which is handy if someone in your group prefers to sleep without stairs. The other three bedrooms and the second bathroom are on the first floor. In the other version, all four bedrooms are on the first floor, together with a bathroom and a separate shower room with toilet.

On arrival, the beds are made up and a towel set is ready for each guest. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.

Comfort and practicalities

Underfloor heating and central heating keep things comfortable outside the high season too. You have Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a washing machine with drying rack and insect screens for summer evenings. Your car goes in your own parking space. The house is non-smoking.
