General questions


How great to hear that you're interested in renting out your accommodation through Leisure Time! Sign up via the Booking Center and start entering your accommodation right away. All you need to start renting is a European bank account.

As a Partner of Leisure Time, your property is optimally promoted while you will be able to focus completely on renting out your vacation accommodation(s) and receiving guests. Leisure Time takes care of presenting your property on the market for a fair and reasonable commission.

Leisure Time ensures that the visitor experience is at its best by optimizing the website, and also constantly develops new features based on relevant user data that are actively being monitored. In addition, Leisure Time continuously works on improving the search and book module by bringing the offer as close as possible to the wishes and needs of visitors. We ensure that accommodations can be found in various ways and that visitors don’t have to go through any trouble.

You can easily register as a partner via the rental page. Click on the Booking Center module and sign up. After that, you can immediately start creating your accommodation(s).

Commission fee


The 7% commission fee applies if you have your own website but do not yet have a booking system. When guests want to book through your website, they will be redirected to the Leisure Time website to complete their booking. Please send us a message if this applies to you.

If you do not have your own website or if you choose not to place a link to Leisure Time on your website, the 10% commission fee applies.

Leisure Time charges the commission fee based on the net rental amount. No commission fee is charged on other costs such as tourist tax, linen fees, or reservation fees.

The commission fee is exclusive of VAT.

Prices and cost items


Yes, that is possible. As a Booking Center partner, you set your own prices. Last-minute prices can also be applied.

In the pricing schedule, you can add weekly rates. By default, the weekly rates are set across the 52 weeks of the year. The advantage of this distribution is that you only need to configure these rates once per year. Afterward, you remain flexible to adjust prices on a weekly basis, for example in the case of last-minute bookings, high or low occupancy, etc. Weekend, midweek, and/or nightly rates are adjusted proportionally to the period. Please note that rental prices are separate from additional costs such as cleaning, reservation fees, bed linen, etc.

Here you specify the cost items that must be paid by the guest. Please note that these are separate from the rental price. Examples of cost items include tourist tax, bed linen, cleaning fees, reservation fees, pets, etc. You can also indicate here whether the costs should be charged per person, per night, per pet, per package, and so on.

Yes, this is possible. If you have multiple accommodations with the same prices, you only need to create the pricing schedule once. You can then copy it to your other accommodations once they have been created.

Questions about bookings


Yes, this is possible and can be selected when creating the accommodation. Please note that in this case it will not be possible to display the accommodation on the advertising channels VRBO / FeWo-Direkt.

If there is a booking on request, you will receive an email with the option to either accept or decline the booking. In addition, when you are logged into your account, a red exclamation mark will also appear next to the "My bookings" tab.

Certainly. When you are logged into your account, you can view the bookings made under the section "My bookings." Here you will also see which new bookings have been made, which upcoming bookings are scheduled, which bookings still require approval (if you have indicated that you only accept bookings on request), as well as which bookings are currently in progress and which have already been completed.

Settlements


The payout of the booking takes place in the following month after the guests’ departure. The departure date is decisive in this regard. For example, if a guest stays in the accommodation from the end of April until the beginning of May, the payout will take place in June. The Leisure Time commission will be deducted from the payout.

When you are logged into your account, you can view your settlements under the "Settlements" section at the top of the page. The settlements are displayed on a monthly basis. Using the Download and/or View buttons, you can access the detailed specification of each settlement.

Yes, you can view this under the "My bookings" section. When you click on it, you will see an overview of all bookings. The payment status of each booking is also displayed there, as well as whether there is still an outstanding amount.

Reservations tenants


The tenant immediately receives an email with the booking confirmation or the confirmation of a booking on request. The booking is also instantly visible to the tenant in his or her own account.

When you provide your contact details in the arrival information, tenants can also contact you directly.

Upon booking, a confirmation email is always sent immediately on behalf of Leisure Time. As the landlord, you will also receive a booking confirmation. Guests additionally receive an email containing the arrival and departure information you entered when creating the accommodation. If there is specific information relevant to the guests, for example for check-in (such as a safe code or an alternative check-in address) that is not included in the arrival information, it is advisable to inform the guests of this yourself by email in a timely manner. For instance, you may send safe code details to the guests in the week prior to their arrival.

Yes, after a booking you can view the guest details in your account under the section "My bookings." By clicking the "Details" button, you can see the complete guest information.

My account


This can be done in your account. Log in to Leisure Time and go to "Booking Center" via the menu in the top right corner. You will then be taken directly to your accommodation overview, where you can add new accommodations.

Yes, you can. When you are logged into your account, you can update your details under the section "Owner details."
