Welcome to "Het Belegh van Groll," a modern 5-person wellness home for adults only and (maximum 1) four-legged friend. From the outside, a home fitting for the region and surroundings; from the inside, completely renovated and meets all the luxury requirements of today.
🛋️ The Living Room with an Open Kitchen
The spacious living room offers a cosy layout and all imaginable luxuries. Enjoy a comfortable lounge sofa, and warmth from the wood-burning fireplace, and relax in the reclining armchair. The 5-meter-long luxury kitchen leads to a dining island, perfect for enjoyable meals together.
🛁 Bathroom and Other Facilities
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms with comfortable box springs. The master bedroom has a generous double bed, while the other bedroom features a similar bed and an additional 90 cm wide box spring bed. The upper floor is equipped with a second toilet and additional sinks in a calm and chic colour scheme. Both the ground floor and upper floor have a beautiful oak PVC floor.
🛏️ The Bedrooms
"Het Belegh van Groll" has two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with double box springs for a relaxing night's sleep. In the other room, there is also a double box spring, along with a (90cm) box spring for a fifth person.

Treat yourself by using the Finnish sauna, immerse yourself in the wood-fired hot tub, and enjoy a luxurious and sunny experience in the bathroom with a sunshower.
🌳 The Garden
The enclosed garden offers freedom for your four-legged friend (maximum 1) and relaxation for you, both on the covered terrace with a wood-burning fireplace and in the sunny terrace and garden early in the spring.

Heerlijk huis met lekkere tuin! Hebben heerlijk gerelaxt in de sauna en hottub en ook gebruik gemaakt van de sunshower. Overal is aan gedacht!

Mooie tuin, sauna en hottub, mooie keuken en woonkamer. Ligging woning prima echter bij onthaasten hoort bij mij ook het niet hoeven horen van constant voorbij razend verkeer van de N-weg

Heerlijk ontspannen in de sauna en hottub. Lekker huisje met een fijne woonkeuken en mooi gelegen nabij bossen om met de hond te wandelen.

Alles was aanwezig en meer dan dat! De verwarmingsplaat boven de bar was fantastisch. Personeel was waanzinnig vriendelijk. Heerlijke hottub. Jammer van de schuine kant in de sauna waardoor je niet recht kon zitten bovenin. Ook jammer dat de zonnebank functie bij de douche niet werkte. De infrarood was heerlijk. Wij hebben een heerlijk luxe verblijf gehad.
