Directly bordering on dune area the Zeepeduinen, located on small private villapark Burghduin, you’ll find this atmospheric farmhouse. The location, the privacy and the nature-based look of the accommodation, make this spot unique. When staying in Burghduin 16, you can endlessly enjoy the peace and the spaciousness of nature. Yet, also active people can fully enjoy themselves.
The villa has a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining area. In the utility room you will find the washing machine and dryer as well as sufficient storage space.
From the living room you step through the patio doors onto the large, covered and sheltered sun terrace. The glass walls between the terrace and the garden can be moved. This causes the garden and terrace to merge. The sides stay closed, so you can sit comfortably out of the wind. Thanks to the electric awnings you can keep the sunrays outside the house. Atmospheric lighting provides a relaxing lounge feeling in the evenings.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, the bathroom and a separate toilet.
The fully enclosed garden - ideal for a holiday with a dog - is located on the southwest. The icing on the cake is a traditional, free-standing Finnish sauna in the garden! You can book this sauna for a surcharge when booking.
There is one parking spot at the house.

Ferienhaus an den Dünen und Waldrand in Burgh-Haamstede
Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war insgesamt sehr erholsam, und die Lage ist einfach traumhaft: direkt an den Dünen und am Waldrand gelegen, umgeben von absoluter Ruhe. Die Nähe zur Natur und der kurze Weg zum Strand machen das Haus zu einem perfekten Rückzugsort 314.
Was uns besonders gefallen hat:
Die Betten: Wir haben selten so gut geschlafen – die Boxspringbetten waren extrem bequem und sorgten für erholsame Nächte 314.
Die große Dusche: Ein absolutes Highlight! Geräumig und modern – hier fühlte man sich wie in einem Spa 714.
Die Lage: Perfekt für Naturliebhaber. Wanderwege beginnen quasi vor der Haustür, und der Strand ist schnell erreichbar 414.
Kleinere Mängel, die uns aufgefallen sind:
Sauna-Tür: Sie ließ sich nur schwer öffnen und schließen, was etwas unpraktisch war 7.
Sauberkeit: Nicht alle Ecken waren blitzsauber, und der Backofen wirkte etwas in die Jahre gekommen 14.
Gartenfläche: Statt Rasen gab es nur Schottersteine, die barfuß schmerzhaft waren. Badelatschen oder Schuhe waren ein Muss 14.
Fazit:
Trotz der kleinen Kritikpunkte war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub, und wir können uns durchaus vorstellen, wiederzukommen – vor allem wegen der einmaligen Lage und der gemütlichen Atmosphäre. Mit ein paar Verbesserungen (z. B. einer leichteren Sauna-Tür und einer grüneren Gartenfläche) wäre dieses Haus perfekt!

Tolles Haus, das Highlight ist definitiv die überdachte Terrasse und die Außensauna im uneinsehbaren Garten. Die Lage direkt in fußläufiger Entfernung zum Hondenlosloopgebiet und in den Wald ist perfekt. Schöne Wege zum Strand durch den Wald.

Burghduin 16 is een ontzettend mooi en compleet huisje, we hebben en hele fijne week gehad met ons gezin ligging is echt helemaal top lekker rustig, dicht bij het strand via een mooie wandeling door het natuurgebied, een echt aanrader!!! Sauna is top, veel dingen dichtbij dorpjes zoals burg haamstede op loopafstand, ook de dames van het kantoor verdienen een dikke pluim ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, kortom GENOTEN !!! een aanrader.
