This penthouse is located on the second floor and is equipped for 4 persons. The entrance provides access to two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. In addition, this penthouse has a loft with two single beds. On request, we can book this appartment for 6 persons. Upon arrival, we ensure that the beds are freshly made for you and towels are provided. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower and washbasin. There is also a separate guest toilet. The spacious and attractively furnished living room has a comfortable seating area and a Smart TV with foreign channels. From the living room you also have access to the spacious terrace on the north-west with luxurious, comfortable garden furniture and a view over the polderlandscape.

The spacious luxury kitchen is equipped with comfort appliances, including an induction hob, a combination microwave, a fridge-freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a separate room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. In the indoor storage room there is room for your (electric) bicycles. Pets are allowed in this penthouse.

The car park of Residence Marina and the general car park of the marina have two Ecotap charging points for charging your electric car. The charging station can be used at a charge by using a charging card.
