This attractive detached villa for 10 people is located on a generous plot in Park De Schotsman. Its convenient location means you can be in the water with your feet within 1 minute. A perfect location for any water sports enthusiast. Surrounded by greenery, this small-scale park is a perfect base for both an active and relaxing holiday. The North Sea beach is a short distance away.
Upon entering the villa, the entrance with guest toilet gives access to the living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The spacious living room with two separate sitting areas and French doors to the terrace features a wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV with digital TV and foreign package. The cosy open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer with a cosy dining area. The storage room with extra fridge-freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer also has room for your bicycles.
On the ground floor is a particularly spacious bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) and French doors to the south-facing garden. The large bathroom has a double sink, bath and separate rain shower. From the hall, stairs lead to the first floor.

voor de 45ste keer kwamen met de vaste vriendengroep samen om een weekje pauze in te lassen in onze drukke levens.
Zwanenlaan 26 is daar de ideale plek voor.

Het mooie huis aan de Zwanenlaan 26 is de perfecte uitvalbasis voor veel natuurwandelingen.
's Avonds is het er ook heerlijk zitten in een gezellig ingerichte, moderne omgeving.
De vogels maken een ornithologisch paradijsje van de tuin.
Eindeloos mooi Noord-Beveland is geen loze leuze!

Mit 4 Paaren und einem Hund konnten wir bei herrlichem Wetter einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub in Kamperland verbringen.
Das Haus ist sehr schön und die Fotos lügen nicht 😉😊
Anders als in manch anderen Häusern ist die Ausstattung sehr gut und es sind ausreichend Besteck, Porzellan, Gläser und Töpfe vorhanden. Lediglich die Kaffeemaschine ist ein wenig klein (7Tassen)
- meckern auf hohem Niveau - 😉
Die „Betreuung“ von Ruiterplaat Vakanties ist auch top und vorbildlich.(jederzeit telefonische Erreichbarkeit) Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Sogar unser Hund bekam zur Begrüßung ein Dogy-Bag 🤩🤩

In unserer Gruppe waren alle zum ersten Mal an der Nordsee und in der Region Zeeland. Das Haus, die naturnahe Umgebung, die Beschaulichkeit und Freundlichkeit der Menschen (um Welten freundlicher als in anderen touristischen Regionen!) haben uns total überzeugt.
