On this beautiful location, right on the banks of the Veerse Meer, lies this brand new villa for 6 persons. From your villa you can enjoy all activities on the water. Yachts, sailing boats and windsurfers cross each other. But it is also a place that breathes tranquillity, where you can start the day relaxing and be enchanted by a beautiful sunset in the evening after a day on the lake or after a wonderful day on the beach.
The villa consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find 3 spacious bedrooms with direct access to the garden and equipped with double beds. Two bedrooms have a television. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a rain shower, bathroom furniture and a toilet. From the entrance you also reach the toilet and the storage room. Through the staircase in the hallway you go to the first floor.
On the first floor you will find the spacious and bright living room with open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped with all comforts such as a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and Nespresso and filter coffee machine. In the utility room you will find the washing machine and dryer.
The cozy living room has a comfortable interior with flat screen TV (extra foreign channels) and a Sonos sound system. Through the sliding doors / patio doors you enter the roof terrace with panoramic views of the lake. In the morning you can quietly wake up to the silence of the lake and have breakfast with the whole family in the sun. A wonderful start to your holiday.
In the garden you will also find 2 sunbeds.
There is a parking place for 2 cars on private property. There is also a carport for your water sports equipment or bicycles and a charging station for electric cars.
This villa is pet free.

Das Haus stellt sich dar wie auf der Webseite präsentiert. Das Wohnzimmer liegt in der ersten Etage, so dass ein freier Blick auf das Veerse Meer möglich ist. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was nötig ist, um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal auf Zeeland und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Die Entspanntheit der Niederländer und der gute Service tragen neben der schönen Landschaft zum guten Urlaub bei. Bei den Preisen in der Gastronomie und auch bei den Ferienhäusern ist sicherlich ein Höhepunkt erreicht.

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage vorgefunden. Das nahe Verse Meer war in unserem Zeitraum durch gutes Wetter sehr gut zu genießen. Würden sehr gerne wieder kommen .

Bauweise.
Wir konnten von Ihrer Anlage schnell zum Surfspot gelangen, viele Radtouren zu sehr schönen Ortschaften unternehmen.

Ein wunderbares, modernes, sehr komfortables Haus direkt am Veerse Meer. Genügend Platz für 6 Personen. Toll auch die separate Gästetoilette.
