Description
Beautiful panoramic view from the cottage and the terrace in the first row to the water. In a dead end street in quiet lgae in Hejlsminde's vacation area lies this beautiful vacation home. The house is situated on a large, screened plot with direct access to the beach, not far from the beach promenade in Hejlsminde. In the two bedrooms in the annex, the ceilings are low. In this house you can stay close to the water and undisturbed on the property with plenty of space.
Hejlsminde is located in beautiful nature on the Little Belt. The place offers eien tranquil harbor and you will find many walking and cycling paths. In Kolding and the surrounding area there is much to do, such as the Trapholt Museum, Koldinghus, the pedestrian zone with many cafes or the Kolding Storcenter with many stores. Also take a trip to the play park with many amusements.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
