Enjoy a wonderful, carefree family vacation on the Danish coast in this bright and inviting vacation home in Bratten (near Strandby). Situated on a large plot with plenty of play space and just 500 meters from the water, this is the ideal place for families looking for comfort, beach fun, and relaxation in the fresh outdoor air.
Layout & Comfort (Interior)
This non-smoking 73 m² (approx. 785 sq. ft.) vacation home features a private entrance and is comfortably and attractively furnished. The bright living room with a dining area, flat-screen TV (cable TV), and board games forms the cozy centerpiece of the home. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, a 30-liter freezer, a regular coffee maker, and basic cookware. The house has three bedrooms and provides a total of beds for 4 to 6 guests (including king-size and single beds). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and underfloor heating is present for extra comfort. For the youngest guests, a high chair and a free extra stay for a child up to 4 years old are included. Furthermore, the house features free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, smoke detector, and energy-efficient LED bulbs.
Outdoor Living & Surroundings
Outdoors, you can fully enjoy the large surrounding plot. On the south side, there is a lovely covered terrace, and on the west side, you will find an open terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and a barbecue for long summer evenings. For the children, it is a true play paradise with soccer goals, a swing set, a sandbox, and a climbing frame. From the property, you can walk straight via Kaufmannshof and the dunes to the very family-friendly beach (500 meters). Thanks to a convenient ramp, the beach is also easily accessible for wheelchair users and features a lovely swimming pier and a public playground. For your daily shopping or a nice meal, you will find shops 1 kilometer away and restaurants 2 km away, while the town is about 10 kilometers away.

Payment and Cancellation Policies
Terms of payment
For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
