The Luxury Studio+ is larger than the standard studio and is stylishly and functionally furnished. Everything is available for a comfortable stay, with attention to detail and convenience.

The spacious seating area offers comfort and relaxation after a day by the sea. All studios feature a cozy sitting area with modern furniture and a dining area.
Kitchen
The open kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, kettle, dishwasher, oven, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine. Perfect for breakfast or a simple meal in your studio.
Sleeping area
In the open studio layout, you'll find a comfortable double box spring bed (180x200cm), perfect for drifting off to dreamland.
Bathroom
The bathroom is spacious and modern with a double sink, shower, toilet and hairdryer.
Outdoor space
The studios are located in a complex just 50 meters from the beach. Although the studio itself doesn't have private outdoor space, you'll have your feet in the sand within just a few steps. Accommodation numbers and preference booking

The Luxury Studio+ is available under numbers 49, 50, 51, 53, 58 and 60. These studios can be selected as preference bookings via the floor plan in the booking process. Each studio has its own decor and atmosphere, so no two are exactly the same. The photos give you a good impression, but your accommodation may be furnished slightly differently. One thing is certain: all studios offer the same high standard of comfort and style. A studio with private sauna is available upon request.

Aparthotel Zoutelande is the place for those who love freedom, comfort and a perfect location close to the beach. The complex consists of 37 studios and 23 apartments, spread across three charming buildings: Paalhoofd, Golfbreker and De Schelp. At Aparthotel Zoutelande you experience the best of both worlds. Not a traditional hotel with standard facilities, but a modern aparthotel concept where you enjoy the privacy of your own accommodation, complete with kitchenette, without being dependent on fixed times or breakfast services. You decide what your holiday day looks like: breakfast on your own terrace, a beach walk at sunrise, or an elaborate lunch that you prepare yourself with Zeeland regional products. You can easily check in via the card machine in the central hall, no queues, just start your holiday quickly. The location is unique, just a one-minute walk from the beach. Perfect for a spontaneous dip in the sea, a day of sunbathing or long walks through the dunes. Most accommodations include their own parking space within walking distance, and for other guests there is a license plate permit available. Bicycles can be safely stored in the central storage room and there is a laundry room where you can wash and dry for a fee, convenient for longer stays. All studios and apartments have free WiFi, and for families, camping beds and high chairs are available for rent.

Goede middag,
Juist terug thuisgekomen van een deugddoend weekendje in Zoutelande.
Het weer was prima, zeker voor ons als deelnemers aan de Kustmarathon.
Wat betreft de studio/appartement dat we van jullie gebruikte willen we volgende dingen even aanhalen.
We kwamen binnen en zagen een mooie fles champagne staan als compensatie van de kapotte zetels. Spijtig dat dit kan gebeuren, maar we hadden de indruk dat het niet juist gebeurd was, terwijl er op het kaartje stond dat jullie het juist hadden opgemerkt.
Questi van de schoonmaak was het opzich wel echt oké, maar als je wat verder keek kon het volgens mij toch wel iets beter. Desalnitemin houdt het ons niet tegen om een volgende boeking te doen bij jullie.
Dit is reeds gebeurd voor oktober 2027.

Mooie studio. Fijn ruim.
Bank en stoel zeer slecht, versleten. Al melding van gemaakt op dag 1 en melding prima opgepakt👍Bank bleef echter slecht natuurlijk🤭.
Kussens en binnenslopen vies ( pas geconstateerd voor vertrek na afnemen beddengoed).
Voordeur complex deed het zeer regelmatig niet. Ook anderen hadden daar last van. Portiek en halletje op verdieping niet schoon.

Het verblijf ligt op loopafstand van het dorpje Zoutelande en de horeca voorzieningen. Hapje eten of drinken en wat winkeltjes maken het wel af. Dan dichtbij het strand is heel prettig aan dit verblijf geweest. Deze voorzieningen waren fijn.

Waren schon 5 mal im Aparthotel. Bisherige Zimmer waren okay. Nähe zum Strand optimal.
Weniger gut war die Möblierung. Sitzgruppe (Sessel und Couch) waren kaputt und unansehnlich.
App. war mit zwei Esstischen überladen. Kleiderschrank mit Decken etc. vollgestopft. Daher war das App insgesamt nicht gemütlich.

Ruime studio. Lekker dicht bij het strand, winkels en restaurants. Prettig dat de bedden zijn opgemaakt en er een welkomstpakket ligt.

Allerdings hätte die Beschreibung der Elektrogerä
te auch auf deutsch sein müssen. Das habe ich bei dem Backofen vermisst.

Zijn nu voor de 2e keer bij jullie geweest en weer fantastisch. Alles zag er tip top uit komen over zeven weken weer terug maar dan langer ga echt nergens anders meer heen hier ons stekkie gevonden heerlijk dicht bij zee. Is elke keer weer thuis komen in Zoutelande 😍

Die Lage des Aparthotels ist wirklich großartig. Der nahe Strand und die Umgebung sind für ausgiebige Wanderungen gut zugänglich. Auch haben trotz Nebensaison genügend Restaurants geöffnet. Das Apartment selbst ist gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was man in einer Ferienwoche so braucht. Es bestehen tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Insbesondere Middelburg hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

La situation à deux pas de la plage et des rues commerçantes, le parking privé tout près de l'appartement, le confort de l'appartement (spacieux !), la cuisine complète, les lits confortables , tout était parfait !
La rapidité de réaction de l'équipe en cas de problème (une porte-fenêtre qui fermait mal, la pluie s'infiltrait par dessous le châssis, en moins d'une heure le problème était résolu !)
