The Luxury Studio+ is larger than the standard studio and is stylishly and functionally furnished. Everything is available for a comfortable stay, with attention to detail and convenience.

The spacious seating area offers comfort and relaxation after a day by the sea. All studios feature a cozy sitting area with modern furniture and a dining area.

Kitchen
The open kitchen is fully equipped: refrigerator, kettle, dishwasher, oven, filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine. Perfect for breakfast or a simple meal in your studio.

Sleeping area
In the open studio layout, you'll find a comfortable double box spring bed (180x200cm), perfect for drifting off to dreamland.

Bathroom
The bathroom is spacious and modern with a double sink, shower, toilet and hairdryer.

Outdoor space

The Luxury Studio+ is available under numbers 49, 50, 51, 53, 58 and 60. These studios can be selected as preference bookings via the floor plan in the booking process. Each studio has its own decor and atmosphere, so no two are exactly the same. The photos give you a good impression, but your accommodation may be furnished slightly differently. One thing is certain: all studios offer the same high standard of comfort and style. A studio with private sauna is available upon request.

The complex consists of 37 studios and 23 apartments, spread across three charming buildings: Paalhoofd, Golfbreker and De Schelp. At Aparthotel Zoutelande you experience the best of both worlds. Not a traditional hotel with standard facilities, but a modern aparthotel concept where you enjoy the privacy of your own accommodation, complete with kitchenette, without being dependent on fixed times or breakfast services. You can easily check in via the card machine in the central hall, no queues, just start your holiday quickly. The location is unique, just a one-minute walk from the beach. Most accommodations include their own parking space within walking distance, and for other guests there is a license plate permit available. Bicycles can be safely stored in the central storage room and there is a laundry room where you can wash and dry for a fee, convenient for longer stays. All studios and apartments have free WiFi, and for families, camping beds and high chairs are available for rent.
