Very exclusive villa (160m²) for 6 people with a huge garden, equipped with a lot of luxury, comfort and a beautiful large private pool. In the spacious living room, there is a cozy seating area with flat-screen TV with international Canal Digital channels, blue ray player and wifi. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker and wine cooler. In the utility room there is a washing machine, dryer, and an extra-large fridge-freezer. The three bedrooms each have two comfortable box spring beds. There are two bathrooms: one of the bathrooms has a bath, shower, sink and toilet and the other bathroom has a shower and sink. In addition, there is a separate second toilet. There is a PlayStation in the children’s bedroom. If you walk through the patio doors, you’ll arrive in a spacious covered terrace with comfortable garden chairs and a large BBQ. From the top you can look out over the garden of over 100 meters which even has its own fen. From the front of your villa, you can look out over the 27-hole golf course. The garden also has its very own large swimming pool (11m x 5m) with sundeck and sunbeds. The pool varies in depth which ensures that also the smaller children can play in it. The swimming pool is open from the fourth week of April up until the fourth week of September and can be heated. You can indicate this preference as a paid preference when booking. Several villas have a charging port to charge electric cars. If your villa has this option, you can book it as an extra. For charging your electric car there is a standard socket just like the sockets in the house. You may need to bring your own adapter plug.
