These traditional houses are located on the edge of a quiet village with views of a wooded valley. The area has walnut groves, corn and sunflowers. Very close is the historic village of Hautefort with its castle, museum and the attractive Coucou Lake. This is the heart of the Périgord area with a lot of sights. The historic riverside town of Motignac with stores, restaurants and canoes, the medieval town of Sarlat with its market, La Roque-Gageac and Périgueux are all within easy driving distance. Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
