Spacious apartment in the attic of a modern house, which includes a total of three properties (see also DMK443 and 444). You have your own barbecue terrace at the bottom of the house. A shared sauna on site can be shared free of charge. About 17 km away, the world cultural city of Wismar manages the balancing act between antiquity and modernity in the most outstanding way. Just like the island of Poel, which you should explore on foot or by bike, it is a worthwhile destination. Wismar is also home to the Wonnemar adventure and wellness world, which offers ultimate bathing fun for the whole family 365 days a year and is therefore a good bad-weather alternative during your swimming vacation.
For accommodation of several families (up to 44 adults + 4 children) you can book the FeWos DMK442-444 and DMK526-531. These objects are divided into three houses.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
