From the terrace you have a pleasant view of the sea, and only 9 km away, south of Ajaccio, a number of beautiful beaches await you, first of all the paradisiacal Plage d'Argent with its fine sandy beach and turquoise blue water. In the municipality of Coti-Chiavari, take a relaxing walk through the eucalyptus forest and visit the former prison in the village (6 km). Capo di Muro, with its listed Genoese tower and bizarrely shaped rocks, is also an interesting destination (11 km). Or go to Porticcio (19 km), from where you can take a rental boat for a nice trip along the coast. This wonderful seaside resort also attracts with a beautiful diving area. Continue your trip to Ajaccio (25 km) to experience its old town and its citadel. After these experiences, treat yourself to Corsican gastronomy in a good restaurant in town. Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
