Imagine this: you are sitting on the sofa, coffee in hand, and the water stretches out peacefully before you. That is exactly how a morning at Villa Maritiem by the water feels. Thanks to the high ceilings and large windows, you have a full view of the water from the living room, while daylight fills the space. The atmospheric living room offers a comfortable seating area, a dining area for 4 people, and a flat-screen TV. Whether you are sitting at the table together for an elaborate dinner, playing a game, or simply relaxing with a movie, it immediately feels like a holiday here.
The modern open kitchen is fully equipped for a carefree stay. You will find a fridge-freezer, hob with integrated extractor hood, combination microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Comfortable sleeping
The villa has two bedrooms, each furnished with two single box-spring beds and a private flat-screen TV. The beds are already made up for you upon arrival. The luxurious bathroom features a double sink, a rain shower, and a toilet.
Outdoors by the water
From the living room, you step straight onto the hardwood terrace. With a dining table for 4 people and a parasol, this is the perfect spot for a relaxed breakfast or long evenings outdoors while the water glistens before you. Do you have your own boat? The marina is within walking distance, and from there you can sail straight onto the Nederrijn. The villa is non-smoking, equipped with Wi-Fi, an indoor storage unit, and a private parking space.
Park and surroundings
MarinaPark Bad Nederrijn is situated directly on the Nederrijn in Maurik, in the heart of the Betuwe. At the park, you can enjoy a recreational lake with a beach, a cozy brasserie, bicycle rental, a marina, and plenty of activities for children. The surrounding area is worth exploring: cycle along dikes and orchards, visit the fortified town of Buren, try your hand at water sports on the Nederrijn, or take a day trip to Ouwehands Zoo, just 13 km away. If you cross the river, the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park is right on your doorstep.

Es war eine sehr schöne Woche. Die Anlage iost irre gepflegt, sehr moderne Häuser und Hunde waren überall gern gesehen. Der Fahrradverleih lief super. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Wir waren zwar nur drei Nächte in der Anlage , aber die Anlage war sehr sauber .Wir hatten
ein Haus direkt am Wasser .Der Ausblick war sehr schön.

Een huisje aan het water waardoor je kunt genieten van wat beweging op het water en in de haven. (Wij zijn zelf bootbezitters geweest en houden van het water).

Eigentlich alles. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und hatte einen traumhaften Blick auf den See. Alle Mitarbeiter:innen waren sehr nett. Auch das kleine Restaurant hat uns gut gefallen. Schön war auch dass unsere zwei Hunde überall herzlich willkommen waren.Nur die Kopfkissen fanden wir sehr unbequem und es fehlte das Willkommenspaket aber zum Glück hatten wir auch bei Anreise schon Klopapier dabei 😅. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
