The following costs are NOT included in the rental price and must be paid by bank before arrival to the owner of the holiday home:
1. Final cleaning 475 euros.
2. Mandatory rental of bedlinen 15,75 euros per person. Please bring your own bed linen for the baby bed.
3. Tourist tax 2.20 euros p.p.p.n.
4. Deposit 700 euros (The deposit will be refunded to your account by the owner as soon as possible but certainly within two weeks after your stay).
5. Bring your dog? always on request. Surcharge 1 x 25 euros and 9,25 euros per night.
6. You can rent the following items or bring your own.

Kitchen linen 6,25 euros each.
Baby bed 10,50 euros each.
High chair 5,75 euros each.
Baby pakkage (bed and chair) 13,50 euro.
You will receive an invoice from us on which these costs are specified.

Holiday home Ambiance is an attractive house in a quiet location in a beautiful area near a bay with a sandy beach on the Oosterschelde.
This holiday home offers you and your group every luxury, comfort and privacy. The house has an indoor pool and six bedrooms each with its own bathroom.
A place where you can enjoy, eat, play, relax and unwind with your family and relatives.

The beach at the river Oosterschelde is close by. You can walk up the dike and be on the water in five minutes. The cozy center of Colijnsplaat is less than a ten-minute walk away, here are several good restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket. Larger places such as Goes, Middelburg and Zierikzee can be reached quickly by car. If you like sailing, you can do so from the marina of Colijnsplaat, if you would like to play golf, you can do so in Goes and Bruinisse and if you want to rest, you can stay in the garden or on the roof terrace of your holiday home. The North Sea beach is ca. 15 minutes by car.

You enter the Ambiance holiday home through the hall that gives access to the spacious kitchen diner with a view of the indoor swimming pool. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The spacious dining table is particularly suitable for cozy dining together. The pool also has a sauna and walk-in shower with sun shower. From the pool you have access to the garden with terrace. Here you can smell the salty sea air of the Oosterschelde. The ground floor has four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

The living room is on the first floor. This is tastefully decorated, has a warm atmosphere and offers space for relaxation, peace and cosiness around the fireplace. Adjacent is the roof terrace, which has a large lounge set. There are also two bedrooms and two bathrooms

Holiday home Ambiance is very suitable to live in as a family home with several families; grandfather, grandmother, children and grandchildren. The house can be booked with twelve adults and a maximum of 3 babies. (There is 1 house for 14 people, where 2 extra children are allowed, this is on request)
