These three beautiful vacation apartments (ASA939-941) were newly built in 2007. The house is located in the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang; directly at the practice slope and the ski slope. To the center of the village it is only a few minutes walk ,there you will find a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, etc.. The ski bus you can reach on foot or with the skis in a few minutes! Via the ski slope Viehhofen you can ski down directly to the house. Spend here also an unforgettable summer vacation. Through a free entrance to the swimming pool with sauna area, which is only 500 m away, you have enough variety even in bad weather. Whether you like hiking, swimming, climbing, quad biking or just relaxing, there is something for everyone here. Guests have a free underground parking space at their disposal! Breakfast or bread service is possible on request.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
