Description
This vacation apartment welcomes you on the first floor of a modern house, which includes a total of three accommodations (see also DMK529 and DMK531). The apartment has its own terrace for barbecuing. Boiensdorf is a small village located between the port city of Wismar and the Baltic Sea resort of Kühlungsborn. The nearby Baltic Sea with its natural beach offers opportunities for long walks. Nearby there are also various horse riding facilities and surf schools. Spend a day in Kühlungsborn, which will delight you with a 240 m long pier, its beautiful sandy beach and a 3.2 km long beach promenade. From here, you can also take a detour to Heiligendamm on the historic Molli narrow-gauge steam train. In the other direction, Wismar attracts with its cozy old town and a large leisure pool for lots of swimming fun and relaxation. Illustrations are living examples.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
