Enjoy a relaxing stay in this comfortable and well-maintained semi-detached vacation home in Stavoren, right on the IJsselmeer and the harbor. The views are one of the property's absolute highlights: from the living room on the first floor and the bedroom on the third floor, you can enjoy beautiful views across the water.
The combination of its waterfront location, spacious facilities and the many water sports opportunities in the area makes this a wonderful place for lovers of water, nature and the Frisian landscape. After an active day, you can unwind in the sauna in the renovated bathroom.
Layout & Comfort
The home is spread over several floors and features two comfortable bathrooms. The bathroom on the ground floor was completely renovated in 2018 and includes a sauna. It is a lovely place to relax after a day of sailing, cycling or hiking.
The living room is located on the first floor and offers fabulous views of the IJsselmeer thanks to its elevated position. The bedroom on the third floor also enjoys these beautiful views.
For families with young children, a high chair and crib are available for rent.
Outdoor Living & Surroundings
The property is located directly on the IJsselmeer and the harbor of Stavoren. Parking is available on the private property next to the garage. From the harbor, you can easily head out onto the water, and boat rental is also available.
Stavoren and the surrounding area are ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Go sailing or windsurfing, take a boat trip from Stavoren to Enkhuizen or explore the Frisian coast from the water. There are also plenty of opportunities for a cultural day out, with various museums in the region.
Bring your bicycles and explore the characteristic villages and wide-open Frisian landscape. Thanks to its waterfront location, you can easily combine an active vacation with relaxing moments by the IJsselmeer.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
