A fantastic vacation home with room for nine people. The location directly on the sea invites you to swim in the morning and evening. The house has two large terraces and the one on the first floor has an open fireplace. The terrace on the second floor offers a panoramic view over the Baltic Sea. In the annex you have the sauna. The music system can be paired with an Iphone and includes speakers inside and outside. Take a swim from the sandy beach and bridge. In the summer many activities on the south coast. Beddinge Golfklubb with 18 holes is 5 minutes away. In a quarter of an hour you can reach Ystad and Trelleborg. Ferries from here depart to Poland and Germany and the Danish island of Bornholm.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
