With the supermarket less than 100 metres away and the lively village centre just around the corner, everything you need is within easy reach. At the same time, the holiday home offers a surprisingly peaceful retreat with a fully enclosed private garden where you can relax and unwind.

Cosy and comfortably furnished

Indian Summer is compact yet inviting, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The living room features a comfortable seating area with a sofa, armchair and television. Warm colours and charming furnishings create a welcoming, homely atmosphere.

The cosy dining area seats four people and is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast together, play a board game or share a lovely meal after a day at the beach.

The open-plan kitchen is simple but practical and includes a gas cooker, refrigerator and combination microwave oven.

Two bedrooms – ideal for families

The holiday home has two bedrooms and accommodates up to 4 guests.

• Bedroom 1: a bunk bed with two sleeping places.
• Bedroom 2: a double bed.

Good to know: the bedroom with the double bed can only be accessed through the bedroom with the bunk bed. This makes Indian Summer particularly suitable for families with children. Four adults are also welcome, provided they are comfortable with this layout and the limited privacy between the bedrooms.

The bathroom is neatly furnished and features a shower, toilet and washbasin.

Relax in your own private garden

One of the lovely features of Indian Summer is its fully enclosed private garden. Here, you can enjoy the outdoors in peace and quiet, right in the centre of Callantsoog.

The spacious terrace is furnished with a garden table, chairs and a parasol, making it the perfect spot for a morning coffee, a leisurely lunch or a relaxing evening after a day at the beach. The combination of the terrace, lawn and wooden fencing creates a sheltered and pleasant outdoor space.

The holiday home is located behind a residential property and is accessed through the main resident's garden. Once you arrive at Indian Summer, you have your own completely private, enclosed garden, where you can enjoy your holiday undisturbed.

If you love having everything within walking distance, Indian Summer is a wonderful choice! You will be staying right in the heart of Callantsoog, one of the most charming seaside villages on the North Holland coast.

Pop out to the bakery or supermarket in the morning, enjoy a drink at one of the village's welcoming terraces or take a wonderful walk along the wide sandy beach. The beautiful dunes and surrounding natural landscapes are also perfect for exploring.
