Relax in the spacious garden with its large pavilion, barbecue area and beautiful pool. The children will love the play area with swings, while you relax on the sun loungers. On arrival, you will be given a guided tour during which you can taste the wines and products of the farm.
Thanks to the central location between Tuscany and Umbria, there are numerous excursion options open to you. Visit the art cities of Montepulciano and Pienza or explore Lake Trasimeno. In summer, festivals in the neighbouring villages attract visitors with their culture and gastronomy.

Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
