The 100m² well-equipped house has a capacity of up to six people and consists of a spacious living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The ground floor measures around 50m² and comprises a living room with a flatscreen TV and two comfortable single sofa beds and a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, toaster and a dining space. The adjoining bathroom is fitted with a shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine. The bedrooms are on the upper floor. Two people can sleep in each bedroom. The first has a double bed 180cm wide, the second has two single beds 90cm wide. The house has central air conditioning, wireless Internet access and satellite TV. A toddler travel bed is available. The house is let out all year round.

In the courtyard there is a roofed outdoor kitchen with a grill and terrace with garden furniture, a parasol and two deckchairs. To the left of the entrance area of the site there is a little house where the owner and his wife live and on the right there is a large, covered parking space for three cars. You go through a further gate behind the parking area to your holiday house. The whole courtyard is enclosed, so is suitable for children and dogs.
