In Can Picafort there is a small harbour surrounded by bars and restaurants as well as a beautiful long promenade with numerous restaurants, shops and entertainment options. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and crockery for eight people. The living room has a sofa, chairs and TV with satellite reception. Upstairs, accessed via an external staircase, there is another living room with access to the roof terrace. The house has internet access and there is a cot and high chair available for children if required.

The property is completely fenced and has its own garden with garden furniture, parasols, sunbeds, barbecue and private swimming pool with outdoor shower. There is also plenty of parking space. As the holiday home is situated on a farm, there is the possibility to visit the farm animals. There are chickens, sheep and pigs.

The holiday home is only 5 km away from the village of Can Picafort. There you will find a beautiful beach as well as supermarkets, petrol stations, bars, restaurants, pubs, discotheques, pharmacies etc.
