Description
Outdoor living takes centre stage at this inviting Tuscan retreat, where a broad terrace opens towards rolling, wooded countryside. Sun loungers provide space for slow afternoons, while the sheltered dining area encourages long meals outdoors with the landscape stretching into the distance. Traditional roof tiles, stone details and terracotta paving give the property a distinctly rural Italian character, complemented indoors by the warmth of a fireplace. A whirlpool offers another opportunity to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Set near Prata in the Maremma area of Tuscany, the property is well positioned for exploring a region of hilltop villages, vineyards and unspoilt landscapes. Wander through the medieval streets of Massa Marittima, discover the atmospheric historic centre of Suvereto, or spend a day exploring the countryside towards the Tyrrhenian coast. Local trattorias and wineries provide ample opportunities to experience Tuscan cooking and the wines for which this part of the region is known.
