"Ca' di Bacco" Vacation Home with Pool in Umbria

Enjoy peace, space and the Italian countryside at Ca' di Bacco, a charming country house located at an elevation of 525 meters in the green landscape of Umbria. The property is wonderfully secluded, surrounded by fields and approximately 30 km from the center of Cortona. Here, you can completely unwind while well-known destinations and Lake Trasimeno are within easy reach.

The country house consists of three apartments and combines rustic charm with a relaxed, uncomplicated vacation atmosphere. Thanks to the large shared garden, spacious swimming pool and green surroundings, it is a wonderful base for a relaxing family vacation.

Layout & Comfort

This rustic vacation home measures approximately 60 m² and accommodates up to 4 guests. The open-plan living and dining room is the heart of the home and features a dining table, satellite TV and a cozy open fireplace. From the living room, you can step directly into the garden.

There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two separate beds. The simple kitchen is equipped with a four-burner cooktop, oven, microwave and freezer. There is also a bathroom with a shower, bidet and toilet.

For added convenience, the property offers free Wi-Fi, a washing machine and mosquito nets. There is no heating. A private parking space is provided with the property.

Outdoor Living & Surroundings

Ca' di Bacco is surrounded by a 1-hectare fenced garden, which is shared with the other guests. Take a refreshing dip in the shared outdoor swimming pool measuring 12 x 6 meters, with a depth of 130 to 200 cm. The pool is open seasonally from May 15 through September 25. There is also an outdoor shower.

For a relaxed meal outdoors, a barbecue is available for private use. From the terrace with outdoor furniture, you can enjoy wide-open views of the countryside and the peaceful green surroundings.

The location is rural and secluded, so a car is essential. The final 3 km to the country house are along an unpaved access road. A grocery store is approximately 2 km away, a restaurant 5 km and a larger supermarket about 10 km. The Spedalicchio bus stop is 3 km away.

The location is also attractive for day trips. Lake Trasimeno is approximately 30 km away, while Cortona is also about 30 km away. This allows you to combine a relaxing stay in the countryside with culture, nature and charming Italian villages and towns.
