The house’s large terrace is designed as an atmospheric atrium courtyard, almost entirely enclosed by the building. This creates a sense of privacy and a lovely, sheltered outdoor area. Thanks to the covered section of the terrace, you can enjoy the outdoors from early morning until late evening. You can also look forward to a swimming pool, an outdoor hot tub and a sauna, as well as a hot shower and a cold plunge pool. Round off the day with a cosy barbecue or some homemade pizza, and later gather round the cosy fire pit in the garden.
A short walk takes you to the water at one of Ebeltoft’s most beautiful sandy beaches. Surrounding the house, you’ll also find woodland, the coast and stunning natural scenery, inviting you to go for walks, jogs and cycle rides through the charming surroundings. The holiday home also offers numerous opportunities for exciting day trips. Djurs Sommerland theme park is just a short drive away. You can also visit Aarhus, which boasts attractions such as the Tivoli Friheden theme park and the ARoS art museum, as well as a wide selection of shops, restaurants and cultural experiences.

For bookings made 56 days or more before the start of the rental period:
Down payment: 25% of the total rental price.
Final payment: 75% of the total rental price no later than 42 days before arrival.
For bookings made less than 56 days before the start of the rental period:
Payment: total rental price no later than one day after booking
Cancellation Policy
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home is 14 people or less:
From the booking date until 43 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price, with a minimum of €95. From 42 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
If the maximum occupancy of the holiday home exceeds 14 persons:
From the booking date until 70 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the total rental price. From 69 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental price.
