Freely situated in the sun on the edge of the forest, this house offers plenty of luxury where you can relax after a strenuous day. Your bicycles can be stored and charged indoors on the ground floor. The house itself was built in 2024 using natural materials such as oak beams, wood chip insulation, felt, and clay plaster. This gives it a warm atmosphere, making many people feel right at home.

The bedroom has beds with high-quality hotel mattresses, ensuring you a good night's sleep. The bathroom with rain shower is located on the first floor, as is the bedroom.

The kitchen, consisting of a peninsula with bar stools, and the living room are located on the second floor. Both the living room and bedroom have air conditioning.

Your four-legged family member will also enjoy themselves in the house, but even more so outside the house.

Weather permitting, the residential tower has a large roof terrace of almost 40m2. In addition, there is a terrace behind the house where you can seek shade or sun.

If you bring bicycles, you can store them safely in the entrance of the house. You can park in the public parking lot, after which you can reach the Follie on foot within approx. 100 m. Please note! You cannot reach the house by car.

Pets: one dog is allowed in the accommodation. Please note that there is a steel ladder to the first floor. Please take this into account with regard to your dog.
