Stay at the stylish Casa Mia 2 in sunny San Lorenzo al Mare on the Italian Ligurian coast. Built in 2023, the residence consists of five apartments. It enjoys a sunny, elevated location in a peaceful residential area, while still being close to the center and the sea. The beach is just 400 meters away.

The comfortable apartment accommodates 4 guests and features a private terrace, a small garden and beautiful panoramic views of the sea and San Lorenzo al Mare. With its combination of peace, comfort and a convenient location, it is an ideal base for a relaxing beach vacation and active excursions along the Ligurian coast.

Layout & Comfort

The 42 m² apartment is located on the ground floor and has a private entrance. The inviting living/dining room features a panoramic window, dining table, satellite TV and a 160 cm wide double bed. From the living room, you can step directly onto the terrace and into the garden.

The separate bedroom also has a 160 cm double bed and satellite TV. The practical kitchenette is equipped with an oven, two induction cooktops, toaster, kettle and electric coffee maker. Nespresso coffee pods are also provided.

The bathroom has a shower, bidet and toilet. Thanks to air conditioning and hot-air heating , the apartment is comfortable throughout the year.

For families with young children, a crib and high chair are provided. A hairdryer is also available. You can use Wi-Fi , a Blu-ray player and an iPod docking station. The apartment is non-smoking and is equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Outdoor Living & Surroundings

You have access to a private terrace with outdoor furniture and loungers , as well as a small garden with a cozy seating area. From the terrace, you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of the sea and the town.

As a guest of Casa Mia, you can also use various shared facilities. These include a landscaped courtyard garden, a 150 m² terrace, a sun terrace and a rooftop terrace. There is also a bicycle storage area . The washing machine and dryer are available for shared use.

A parking space for up to 2 cars is available on the property for the apartment. The residence has parking spaces for a total of 10 cars.

The location is particularly convenient. The center can be reached on foot in approximately 10 minutes. At around 400 meters, you will find a supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, a bakery, cafés and bicycle rental. A bus stop is approximately 200 meters away.

The coast is also close by. The sandy beach of San Lorenzo al Mare is approximately 400 meters away, as is a rocky beach. A pebble beach is around 500 meters away. A marina is approximately 5 km away, while a mini-golf course is 600 meters away. Hikers can access various walking routes from approximately 500 meters away, while the cycle path is around 400 meters away.

For an active day on two wheels, the Pista ciclabile lungo mare is highly recommended. There is also plenty to discover further afield. Visit historic Porto Maurizio Parasio , the former earthquake village of Bussana Vecchio or the atmospheric village of Triora . Mountain bikers can explore the trails of Monte Faudo , approximately 5 km away. For a day trip, Monaco and Monte Carlo are approximately 50 km away.
