Description
Le Clermont is a charming and cozy vacation home for those who enjoy staying in a green and peaceful setting. The property is located on a dead-end road, on an expansive 1-hectare property, just a short distance from Châteauneuf and Grasse.
The rustic interior and natural surroundings create a relaxing vacation atmosphere. Outside, you will find a large garden with trees, different levels and two terraces. In summer, the elevated private swimming pool provides a refreshing place to cool off.
Layout & Comfort
Le Clermont has 80 m² of living space and is spread over two floors. The living room has a rustic and cozy interior and features a TV and DVD player.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic cooktops, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer and electric coffee maker. The kitchen also provides access to the terrace.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a double bed, while the third bedroom has two single beds. There is one bathroom and a separate toilet.

Outdoor Living & Surroundings
The vacation home is set on a generous 1-hectare property. The garden is not fenced and features trees and different levels. You have access to two terraces with outdoor furniture, as well as an additional seating area in the garden.
The elevated outdoor swimming pool measures 2 x 3 meters and is open from June 1 through September 30. After a swim, you can rinse off under the outdoor shower.
The property is 3 km from the center of Châteauneuf and 9 km from Grasse. A supermarket is 3 km away and the bus stop is 1.8 km away. The house is accessed via a stairway. Parking is available on the property.
