The rental is located in the heart of the charming village of Hédé-Bazouges, which has managed to retain its authenticity. The house overlooks the valley and opens onto a park planted with lime trees adjoining the castle.

The villa "La Côte du Chat", built at the beginning of the 20th century, is an atypical holiday and family home, full of charm and character, awarded the Clévacances 3-star Meublé de Tourisme label. It has been lovingly renovated by Valérie, who has preserved its authenticity while providing all modern comforts.

Situated in the heart of the village, in a park planted with century-old lime trees and right next to the château, it overlooks the valley of the Pays d'Hédé-Bazouges. Just 2 km from the Maison du Canal d'Ille-et-Rance and the famous "11 locks" site, the villa offers a peaceful, leafy setting, ideal for a holiday in the heart of nature.

We offer you a secure parking space for your vehicle, located to the right of the Villa, just opposite the white garage door. This space is designed to ensure the safety and convenience of your vehicle, allowing you to enjoy your stay to the full.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to park your vehicle in the driveway of the Villa, as this is occupied by gas pipes essential to the running of the property. Thank you for your understanding.

We would like you to discover "La Villa La Côte du Chat" and our beautiful surroundings near the remarkable site of the eleven locks at Hédé-Bazouges, because moments with family or friends are to be experienced "in real life".

The house was renovated in 2021 with paintwork, lime plaster and bathroom fittings. We chose to use noble materials throughout the house: wooden floors in all the living rooms and bedrooms, natural stone in the entrance hall and kitchen, a granite worktop and a marble sink.

We care about the environment and separate our waste. You'll find several bins and a composter at your disposal.
