300 km north of Rovaniemi, by River Uusappijoki (80 m) which is a tributary of River Ivalojoki. About 400m to river mouth of Ivalojoki where waterway connection to Lake Inarijärvi (about 3,5 km waterway from cottage to the Lake Inarijärvi). 'Duckboards' to shore which is in natural state and deepens steeply, hard silt bottom, own boat.Wooden cottage 2004, combined livingroom/kitchen with convertible sofa, bedroom with 2 beds, sleeping loft with 2 beds and convertible sofa. Dressing room, washroom, sauna (wood-heated), porch. Cottage for nature-lovers situated at River Ivalojoki delta area. Gas grill, fish smoker, 2 bikes. Two bird observation towers within 2 km radius. Good fishing waters and good area for berry picking.
