This country house with a private pool is located in a secluded, sunny hillside location, right on the edge of the forest and surrounded by greenery. The massive 12,000 m² property features a fenced, well-maintained garden of 3,000 m² with a lawn, sunbathing area, and an outdoor swimming pool (11 x 6 m, depth 125 - 170 cm, open from May 1st to Sep 30th). Additionally, you will find an outdoor shower, a gazebo, garden furniture, a grill, and a 50 m² pool house with a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining room including a toilet. From the property, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the landscape and a distant view of the sea.

Comfortable and unique interior

The entire farmhouse is 240 m² in size, spread over 3 floors and consists of 4 sections, each with its own entrance. This makes it an ideal holiday home for large groups or multiple families.

• Ground floor: Cozy living/dining rooms with a kitchenette, satellite TV, air conditioning, and access to the garden, terrace, and pool. There is an open kitchen with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hobs, and an electric coffee maker, as well as 4 shower/toilets.
• Upper floor: 4 rooms with a double bed (160 cm), 2 rooms with a bed of 140 cm, and 2 rooms with a bed of 90 cm. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, there are 4 shower/bidet/toilets.
• Attic floor: 1 room with a double bed (2 x 90 cm) and 1 room with a double bed (160 cm), both with air conditioning.

Free WiFi internet and a washing machine are available in the house. Heating and cleaning upon request are available for an additional fee.

Even though you are enjoying a rustic holiday home surrounded by nature, all amenities are close by. A restaurant is located 500 meters away, and local sales of regional products are nearby.
