As enthusiastic Florida fans, we have been visiting the beautiful Cape Coral again and again in recent years. After a few house rentals, the desire for an own holiday home finally arose. Said - done. When we entered the "Villa Maui" for the first time, it was immediately clear to us: if we buy a house, it's this one. We felt at home here from the first moment.

Villa Maui was built in 2019 in a quiet location directly on a canal with a coveted southwest orientation. Look forward to fantastic sunsets with a wonderful view over the water and enjoy pure relaxation in a stylish ambience.
