Layout & Comfort

Casa Giulia has approximately 100 m² of living space , spread over two floors. The bright and tastefully furnished living room features a double sofa bed, satellite TV, flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. From the living room, you can step directly onto the veranda.

The spacious kitchen off the hallway is fully equipped with a four-burner cooktop, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee maker. There is also a dining table and a fireplace, which is for decorative purposes only. The kitchen also provides direct access to the veranda.

The ground floor has a bathroom with shower, bidet, and toilet.

A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find two spacious double bedrooms . Both bedrooms have air conditioning and direct access to the terrace. There is also a second bathroom upstairs with bathtub, bidet, and toilet.

The property features free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and air conditioning. Heating is available only from November 1 through April 15 .

Outdoor Living & Surroundings

Hiking trails can be reached in approximately 200 meters from the house. The Sentieri Alpi Apuane hiking area is around 800 meters away. At the same time, the coast is close by: the sandy beach of Forte dei Marmi is approximately 8 kilometers away.

Take a day trip to Pisa or Lucca , both approximately 30 kilometers away, or explore the marble town of Carrara. The famous Cinque Terre are also within easy reach at around 50 kilometers away. Florence is approximately 90 kilometers away.

The property is located in a peaceful rural setting, but a car is essential. The final 50 meters to the house are reached via a very narrow, steep, and winding access road. Taxis cannot reach the property.
