Die Lage der Wohnung ist großartig. Trotz zentrale Lage war es sehr ruhig, auch in der Nacht. Wir haben aber Kritikpunkte: In der Küche vermissten wir zumindest ein scharfes Messer und eine Schere. Wir hatten lediglich 4 deutsche Fernsehsender, davon eines mit Übertragungsstörungen. Im Bad haben wir einen Fön vermisst. Im Schlafzimmer ist sehr wenig Staurraum, die Veluxfenster sind nur zu öffnen wenn man auf die weiche Matratze steigt. Ein Balanceakt, für kleinere Menschen nur auf Zehenspitzen zu schließen um das Zimmer zu lüften. Und das täglich. Nur für ältere sportliche Menschen ohne Gleichgewichtsprobleme. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer nur das Oberlicht zu öffnen, sehr schmal und auch so hoch, dass man auf die Matratze steigen muss und sich sehr groß machen muss um das kleine Fenster zu öffnen. Braucht ein Schlafzimmer nicht frische Luft? Wir hatten keine Erklärung warum in diesem Zimmer es so kompliziert ist ein Fenster einen Spalt breit zu öffnen.

Die Wohnung war nett & funktional-gut eingerichtet.
Leider hatten wir ein Problem: diese Wohnung war ein Ersatz für eine andere desselben Eigentümers, auf der unerwarteterweise eine sehr laute (!) Baustelle war. Das war sehr unangenehm.

Het appartement voelde direct als thuis komen. En de locatie in het centrum was perfect tijdens de kustmarathon. Daarnaast was het heel erg fijn dat we om 18 uur mochten uitchecken die dag.
De prijs voor 2 nachten vonden we wel pittig.

Es hat einfach alles gepasst, die Unterkunft war wunderbar, die Nähe zum Strand und Lage mitten im Ort ist einfach unschlagbar. In kurzer Entfernung ist sogar ein Garage für den PKW dabei (OK- man muss sich etwas organisieren, weil man ganz nah an der Wohnung eben nicht regulär parken darf - aber für ein paar Minuten hat man immer was gefunden). Manchmal zieht Küchengeruch vom Restaurant hoch - aber mein Gott...roch es halt lecker nach Pizza!

Perfekte Anbindung, nah an allen Geschäften und Restaurants sowie in wenigen Gehminuten am Strand.
Die Wohnung ist neu und schön eingerichtet, besonders die Betten waren sehr komfortabel.
Das Bad ist ebenfalls neu und sehr modern aufgebaut.
Insgesamt alles sehr stimmig und ein Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen, trotz zentraler Lage. Besonders nett ist auch der kleine Balkon mit Blick auf die belebte Langstraat!

De ligging van dit appartement was top. We vonden de schoonmaak niet geweldig. Veel stof en vieze buitentafel. Lakens zaten vlekken in. Ook de afzuiging van het restaurant eronder geeft overlast met slapen. De check -in en check out zijn snel en duidelijk geregeld. Ook de garagebox voor de auto is een plus.

Sehr schön eingerichtete, neuwertige Unterkunft. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung mit Spülmaschine, Kaffeepadmaschine und Filterkaffeemaschine, leider ohne Geschirrhandtuch. Sehr zentrale Lage in der Fußgängerzone. Zugehörige Garage etwas abseits und sehr praktisch. Sauberkeit verbesserungsbedürftig. Gute Betten, allerdings sehr dicke Kopfkissen, die nicht jedermanns Sache sind. Was eindeutig fehlt ist eine Vorrichtung zum Trocknen von Handtüchern und Badekleidung. Das ist in einem Strandort eigentlich unerlässlich. Bettzeug und Handtücher inklusive, allerdings mussten die Betten selber bezogen und beim Checkout abgezogen werden. Nicht vorhanden sind Duschgel, Flüssigseife und Fön. Sehr modernes Bad mit guter Dusche.
